By signing this contract and providing a deposit, you are agreeing to the following

The deposit holds your date and is non-refundable should you no longer require services. No amount of monies paid are refundable unless the photographer experiences an emergency that renders her unable to provide the agreed services.

The remaining money is due on the day, before the session begins.

Should the photographer have an emergency and no longer be able to provide services, Gabriella Gallucci will refund your deposit. This would only be in the case of a true emergency and is never expected to be a possibility.

Should you need to reschedule due to illness, please give 24-48 hours’ advance notice. You are allowed one event of rescheduling but please give as much notice as possible. Please don’t reschedule for minor skin injuries. Gabriella Gallucci does not offer free or discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice, location choice, etc.

If the weather is torrential and we cannot shoot, the session will be rescheduled. Clouds, wind, light sprinkles aren’t a problem and Gabriella Gallucci will usually go ahead in this case.

Photographs taken by Gabriella Gallucci may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote her business.

Please do not bring your own camera or recording equipment to the session. If a camera is present, Gabriella Gallucci will have to request that it be put away and this is a very awkward moment which the photographer would love to avoid. At no time shall any of Gabriella Gallucci work be saved to a computer/hard drive, shared online or printed without express written consent. This is a breech of copyright and illegal. If you, the client, purchase the digital files, these releases will be included. However, any blog posts or Facebook images posted by Gabriella Gallucci may be freely shared with your friends and family by way of a link back to the original content. Any image that you, the client, post on social media must include credit to Gabriella Gallucci. It will take approximately 3 weeks from the client’s session date to receive their images.

Gabriella Gallucci will not be liable for any accidents, injury, or damages caused by either photographer or client, that occur during or as a result of the photo shoot. If the client injures the Photographer or damages the photography equipment, the client shall be solely responsible for paying for all injuries and damages that are the direct or proximate cause of the client, within a reasonable period of time.

Upon viewing samples of my work, you have decided to invest in my services because you are confident that I can give you results which you will cherish. As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph a scene. This may mean that some images are colour, some are B&W. This is my interpretation and vision as an artist. The content of the images is in discretion of Gabriella Gallucci. Gabriella Gallucci will select the best images and edit them to her discretion. Any further editing or culling will be subjected to a $150/hour fee. No refunds will be given under any circumstance if Client dislikes Gabriella Gallucci's editing style.
